The rule
Google's policy for Maps reviews doesn't allow businesses to offer incentives for reviews (payment, discounts, free goods or services). It also doesn't allow selectively asking only happy clients. Asking for genuine reviews, without an incentive, is allowed.
What it means for your clinic
- Ask every client the same way, at the same point. Don't ask only the ones you think are happy.
- No discount, freebie or prize for leaving a review.
